2 in 1 Fat Cat Card.

This card fills the challenge for 2 blogs. First is Cute Card Thursday where it is Animal Magic and the Second it the sketch for Friday Sketchers. I have used a rectangular card instead of square but that is the only thing different.
Think this might be a thanks for fattening up the Cat card. Isn't he so sweet. He reminds me of Cheekie the Cat who we had a few years ago. Gosh he was a fatty.
  • DL Card
  • Fat Cat and Fish bone Stamps by All Night Media
  • Thank Yopu stamp
  • Embossing Powder
  • papers From Stash
  • Coloured with Sakura Pens.

Well off to have tea now then back on to see what is happening on Saturday nite in blogland.

Cute Card Thursday and Friday Sketchers.

I seem to not have enough hours in the day just now. Think it is because the kids are ill and I am running on an almost empty tank. Hurray Tom is sleeping over at his Grans tonight so I will get a full nights sleep and will feel refreshed in the morning. I have been getting an average of 4 hours sleep in the last week with Tom coughing and then before that with the Poor Pussy Cat.
Tonight I have combined these 2 challenges. I love the sketch over on Friday Sketchers and haven't had time to do their challenge for a bit. Its the same with Cute Card Thursday. Their challenge was "Signs of Spring". Well Rabbits and Daffodils are a sign of spring but I haven't seen them like this before. Might need to go to the Opticians if I did. LOL.
  • 6x6 Card
  • Image Penny Black bought on Ebay
  • Derwent Watercolour pencils
  • Papers from stash, patterned one free in magazine
  • HOTP Stamped Sentiment
  • Embellishments free from magazine.

Well off to blog hop now. I really enjoyed making this card as I had no interruptions and just had fun. Think I quite often make really simple cards due to the kids coming and interrupting all the time. Have a lovely Friday nite

2 in 1 Friday Sketchers and Daring Cardmakers

This is a combination of 2 challenges. The sketch is from Friday sketchers and the Dare over on Daring Card makers was Feeling Green. Which you had to make the card mostly with greens. This was not a colour I use a lot of so it was a great change from the norm. I am going to give this card to my Mum as she has been great again this week with taking poor Tai to the Vet while I struggle on with this stupid agoraphobia. Mind you I did manage to go to their house this morning and put out the washing, it is only about half a mile away so that's a start.
  • Card, Papers and Ribbon Brenda Pinnack
  • Magnolia Stamp
  • Aqua Pro markers and Sakura Pens
  • Peel Off from Stash

Well Hubby is off out again tonight (there's a surprise) so just me and the boys in. Don't know what to do as nothing much on T.V.

Friday Sketchers.

Hello, Yes I am still here!!! Have just made a couple of cards for some challenges. I am busy scuttering about as I don't feel like I am getting anywhere fast with the tidying up. So many cards and bits and bobs to tidy up. Argh.
Anyway onto the card. The sketch this week over on The Friday Sketchers was by Jacqueline from the Netherlands. I used a 5x5 card and have used Brenda Pinnack papers and chipboard embellishments for the image. The Good Luck is a Dawn Bibby peel off. The 7 gems are from my stash. I hope you like it, I'm loving the colours as they are nice and fresh for spring. Have a look on the Friday Sketchers Blog to see the lovely design team cards.
Well better post the other card then onto more organisation of the dreaded C word.

Friday Sketchers.

Here is my card for the Friday Sketchers Challenge.
I really enjoyed making this card. I love the colours. I have used a Brenda Pinnick kit for the paper and embellishment. I think the ribbon comes from the same kit but not sure? I used glitter glue on the ribbon to make it more festive and also used a wee bit more on Rudolph's nose to make is sparkly and Rosy red.
Well its cold here today and the rain is not taking its time to come down at times so just staying in. The hairdresser is coming at 3pm to sort out our mops!!!! Tom usually has a no 3 but its a bit cold for that so just a tidy up will do him. Jake is still growing his, it is lovely and shiny, typical great hair for a male. I need to dye mine but ? what color cause salt and pepper through brown is a bit ageing. Decisions decisions. Have a great afternoon all,
