This card covers 3 different challenges. I hope you like it. I made it quite simple as the stripes and flowers make it busy enough.

I love this image and I got it as a RAK. Coloured it in with watercolour pencils and paints.

Its for Dads birthday from my Mum. Can't believe that I don't have any Husband peel offs or stickers! Hence the sentiment. I think it is quite nice. I still need to make his card form me but will do that at the weekend.

Colour Create Challenge.

Blue and Lilac.

Over on Colour Create this is the theme this week. I have used my Sarah Kay Margot Lends a Hand Stamps for the card as I am a bit scared of it with all the pattern on the dresses and hats so thought I would grab the bull by the horns.!

Papertake Weekly Challenge

It was a sketch by the talented Dawny P over on papertake weekly. I retrieved the picture from the puddle of wee by Jess. (See Next post down for the details ) . Thank Goodness she missed it as I have paper pieced the presents so they don't look Christmassy. Cheating I know but I love this stamp and my Aunt who is going to get the card from my Mum will too. She used to love Hollie Hobby when I was wee. I turned the sketch 90 degrees so that the image would fit better.

Secret Crafter Saturday Challenge.

This week on The Secret Crafter Challenge is a sketch by Donna. The DT cards are great as ever.

I have used another new stamp. This one is a Sarah Kay stamp. I have coloured her in again with my watercolour pencils. The background papers are all HOTP Christmas ones, I liked them though and thought they looked nice and bright. I used 3 gem flowers from my stash and also a peel off from it too.

The card is for my Mums birthday which is on the 30Th December so as well as buying Christmas gifts I need to remember to get her a birthday one too. Well off to deliver some Christmas cards this afternoon, Love
