Tag Time...

Morning All,

Well what a weird weekend we are having. It was heavy snow here last night. It was lovely and warm in the morning and I didn't need a jacket on for my dog walk!!! Strange weather.

I got a wee bundle of items from Ebay the other day and there were some tags in it. I thought I would have a play and make a tag.
Before I make a tag in the future though I will plan my image much better. I wanted a bee for Tag Tuesday and thought I had the perfect bee but it turned out to be a giant killer bee that filled the tag!! Ooops!!!

Recipe
 Hunkydory Prisma Colour Inkpads.
Flowers and sentiment - Joanna Sheen
Bee from Stash
Bee coloured with prisma colour pencils

Thanks for dropping by today, I am almost finished painting the bathroom now!! Hurray!! I have been pacing myself and its so frustrating as I would love to just do it all in one day but I know if I do that I end up feeling really ill for weeks. I think thats progress though as before I would have just rushed though it.

Stay Safe Folks,

Love and Sparkles,

Hazel xx

Challenges I would like to enter are...
Tag Tuesday - Bees.
Allsorts - Butterflies, Birds or Bees.
Daring Cardmakers - Lets hear it for the bees.
Moving Along with the Times - Animals/ Birds.

Much the same weather here Hazel and so cold too. We had hailstones that were huge last night.
Your tag is gorgeous, I love the colours you've used and the images, keep cosy and safe, Kate x

Hi Hazel,
it's a lovely tag with a wonderful sentiment. And the weaather looks like the weather in in the Netherlands...so strange...
It's wise to do things step by step, not everything in 1 day...

You are very sensible to take your time with the painting Hazel, it's just not worth your health and it got done in the end. Well done you. I love your tag, the bee is simply the star of the show!! Thanks so much for sharing with us at Tag Tuesday, lovely to see you there!!

Hi Hazel

A great tag, and lovely colour choices.

Love the sentiment and the killer bee LOL!!!!

We have been having a strange mixture of weather here too with snow and sunshine for the last few days. Not that the snow stays around long.

Love Jules xx

*haha* It's not a killer bee ... it's just in the foreground and therefore bigger ;-).
I like your tag and the scene you created on it. I also think it's brave to create one-layer tags but yours looks amazing (no stamp accident etc.).
Thanks for sharing your creation with the Daring Cardmakers.
