Butterfly Challenge...

Morning Everyone,

Welcome back to my wee bit of blogland. Hello to my newest follower Antje x
Im here today with a wee card I made for the latest butterfly challenge. Its a bit outside my usual comfort zone.

Mrs A wanted to see some Herringbone on your creation. I hope you can still see mine in the background of the image.  I started with a herringbone template that I cut from my scan and cut. I didn't much like it and then the post peep arrived with a magazine, stamps  and stencils! Then my inspiration was tweaked and I worked out what to do!!! The magazine was on a half price offer that day over on Craft Stash.

Card Recipe
5 x 5 Kraft Card
Indigo Blu Stencil and stamps. (Mixed Media 2 Magazine)
Tim Holtz Distress Inks
Stampin Up Close to Cocoa Ink Pad.
Hemp from stash

This was such great fun to make once I got the idea, lots of messy fingers!!!!

I hope all is well with you and yours. Its meant to be a very snowy weekend here. So I am going to have a huge crafty sort out!!! Ive been meaning to do it for ages. All my stamps need a tidy up!!!

Stay Safe,
Love and Sparkles,
Hazel xx

(I have my butterfly,  herringbone, hemp, and the 3 colours :)  Happy Dance!!!)

I can see the herringbone! Fab card. You are putting me to shame using your SNC. I used it when I got it, but not really used it for a while.
