WOYWW and Living Room before n Afters!

Morning All from a very wet Arbroath today. WOW i can't believe its Wednesday already and almost May. I seem to have flown through March and April this year!!!!

So with it being Wednesday here is my workdesk!!!

I had totally forgotten I had my Martha Stewart Flower Punch so had a play with it last nite. Need to get a light for the crafty corner though as it was not very good on the old eyes! Can you see my new flowers I got last week. WOW They are stunners. Needed double sided tape and these fell into the basket too!!! Oops!

If you want to play along with WOYWW then pop over to Julia's Blog.

SO onto the next few pictures. Here is my living room before and afters!
Before!
After

Before

After.

SO as you can see the living room is totally transformed from scanky to yummy. We got a Man in to decorate it for us but it took him Dad and Jake 7 hours to scrap the paper off the walls! It was not a pleasant job!!!
The fire in the top picture was condemned as it didn't have a guard on it. I chose an electric fire for it once the radiators had been changed as I really won't need one as I have 2 double radiators anyway in it!! So pleased with it. The craft area is behind the sofa and the cupboard next to it has some of me stash in it. Right off to get on with Wednesday, Have a wonderful day all,

What an amazing transformation. I've stripped wall paper before and it is not a fun, quick, or easy task. When I saw the before photo, I wondered what that step up was. Little did I realize I was looking into your new craft area. What a great use of space.

Before I forget, I wanted to tell you I love those flowers on your desk. They are super. I can see why they sort of lept into your basket.

Have a happy WOYWW and enjoy your new space.

Hi. I was VERY late (due to ill-health) with my WOYWW this past week and it's the day again tomorrow already (which will be my 3rd time).

So, rather than fail, I am now leaving the same message on all the blogs I visit for the Wed 28th April WOYWW - thank you for inviting me into your space and I do hope your week has been a good one. Will be back next (this) week!
