This weeks the challenge at Lili of the Valley was CHRISTMAS. So here is Scarlet the Fairy dressed up in her Christmas Party Outfit with Santa Hat brad! The Ho Ho Ho chipboard embellishment comes from a kit I got from QVC a couple of months ago. The background paper was a 12 x 12 paper which I got years ago and had never used. The card I used was a silver satin type card. Hope you like her. Hazel xox
