Well off to see the Docs this afternoon with Jake. This is very challenging in itself as I have to go to Dundee and that is very stressful. Thank Goodness my Dad is taking me up but I have already cried bucketloads this morning as I feel so scared and hopeless. It is such a frustrating thing having this panic disorder. A few years ago I wouldn't have given it a second thought driving anywhere, now I freak out. Blooming thing!!! Anyway gotta dash,
