We are Sailing....

 Hi Everyone,
WOW the weeks are flying past. Its September tomorrow. I love Autumn with its amazing colours!! Cant wait to get the camera out and take a few pics!!!

This latest card seems to have taken me ages to complete. I started it last Tuesday so thats almost a week. What with this and that Ive just not done it. I have made myself rest today though as I have quite sore ankles. Thinking its dodgy old trainers not supporting my toosies right.
This card is for Grandad Dave. We always like to give him a card to do with the sea as he was a Sailor!! Ivce made it a rocking Stepper Card. Boy did that cause a few sweary words in my wee head!!! Eventually after 3 attempts I think it looks ok!!! There seems to be a few templates online so have a look and see what you like (and understand) if you want to make one too.

Card Recipe
Magnolia Stamps
Coloured with Promarkers.
Do Hickey Fence and Tag
Anchor Die Cut from stash
Wee Black Pearls and Twine also from stash
Sentiment on tag - Pieces of Eight Font.

Im off now to have a quite dinner with no kids. Jake is on holiday this week and Tom is at Grandad Dave and Grans for his tea.

Love and Sparkles

Loving it Hazel, and I think Grandad Dave will too. Great idea making it a rocker card and giving the idea of motion on the high sea! Hope the ankles settle my love, maybe try little boots for better support? Jx
